Shipping Timeframe
We strive to deliver your order worldwide within 12–15 business days from the date of receiving your online payment. All orders are processed and shipped based on the timelines outlined below. Please note that total delivery time is the sum of processing/handling time and transit/shipping time.

Custom Orders
For custom-made jackets, please allow 15–20 business days for total production, processing, and delivery.
Order Confirmation, Tracking & Tracking Page
Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you'll receive an order confirmation along with details about the availability of your chosen jacket.
You will also receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers generally become active within 24–48 hours.

Courier Services
To uphold our commitment to quality and prompt delivery, Jacket Creator exclusively partners with well-recognised and reputable courier services including FedEx, DHL, SkyNet Worldwide, and UPS. These trusted partners ensure that your order arrives in the best condition and within the promised timeframe.
Shipping Address Requirements
For accurate and timely delivery, please provide a physical residential or street address. Please avoid using P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses, as our courier services require a physical address for delivery.
Customs, Import Duties, and Local Taxes
- Sales Tax & Local Taxes: All applicable local taxes are fully included in our displayed product prices. The price you see is the exact price you pay at checkout — no additional tax fees will be added by Jacket Creator.

International Customs & Import Duties: For international shipments, any customs duties or import tariffs applied by local border authorities upon delivery are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total.
Product Availability and Shipping Locations
The shipping timeframe for your order may vary based on product availability and size. To expedite the process, some orders may be shipped from our international manufacturing warehouses.
Damages & Lost Shipments
If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at info@jacketcreator.com so we can initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
