1. Orders

How do I pay for my order?

We accept major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB) processed securely through Stripe. All payments are encrypted via 256-bit SSL security. We do not view or store your full card details on our systems.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You may request order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this initial period, or once production and fulfillment have commenced, modifications may no longer be possible.

EU Customers: If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you retain your statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, except for custom-personalized garments. You can initiate this cancellation directly from your order page using our self-service tools or by emailing us at info@jacketcreator.com.

Do you offer custom or made-to-measure jackets?

Yes. We offer specialized custom and made-to-measure tailoring options where adjustments can be made to exact chest, waist, shoulders, and sleeve length specifications. I'm unsure about ordering a custom jacket online. What should I do?

2. Payment & Pricing

Why was my payment declined?

Payments may be declined due to incorrect card profiles, insufficient funds, or automated safety checks from your bank. Please verify your exact billing address matches your card issuer's file. If transaction issues continue, contact your financial institution to authorize international charges.

Are quotes for custom jackets free?

Yes. You can contact us to discuss your design concepts and sizing specifications, and we will provide a comprehensive project quote at no cost.

Are prices inclusive of taxes?

All applicable standard sales taxes and VAT are fully included in our displayed storefront product pricing. The price you see is the final price you pay at checkout—no additional tax fees will be added by Jacket Creator. 3. Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and globally to customers worldwide via premium carrier networks.

How long does delivery take?

  • Standard Shipping (FREE): Estimated delivery window is 12–15 business days (2–4 business days processing + 10–11 business days transit).
  • Expedited Shipping ($30.00 USD): Estimated delivery window is 7–10 business days (1–3 business days processing + 6–7 business days transit).

All order processing calculations begin from our daily cutoff time of 5:00 PM (UK time), Monday through Friday.

Do you deliver to EU countries?

Yes, we deliver to all European Union destinations. Any regional customs import duties or destination tariffs applied by local border authorities during delivery are the responsibility of the recipient. For EU consumers, your statutory protections including the 14-day Right of Withdrawal are fully respected.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, Jacket Creator takes full commercial responsibility. Please contact us within your 14-day delivery window at info@jacketcreator.com with your order details and clear photo evidence of transit issues so our team can immediately arrange a free replacement or complete refund. We handle all carrier claims on your behalf.

Do you offer big and tall sizes?

Yes. Our product catalog is available across a comprehensive range of standard sizing tiers, and we can also execute custom orders to fit any unique body type.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a transparent 14-day return and exchange window starting from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original brand-new condition, with all product tags intact, and returned inside original packaging. Custom-made items are exempt from standard returns due to personalization, unless arriving with a production defect. There are zero ($0.00) restocking fees. What should I do if I receive an incorrect or defective item?

Please contact us directly within your 14-day return window at info@jacketcreator.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will instantly arrange a free prepaid return mail label and issue a full refund or send an expedited replacement package at zero cost to you.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment instrument in U.S. Dollars (USD). For EU customers, refunds under the statutory right of withdrawal are processed within 14 days of receipt, in strict compliance with EU consumer protection laws.
